The downloaded theme, template, or plugin is not working as described.
You have contacted our support team and allowed us a chance to troubleshoot or fix the issue.
The issue is verified and unresolved within 3 business days of your complaint.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
You changed your mind after purchase.
